LEGAL RECOVERIES TEAM LEADER IN-HOUSE WEST YORKSHIRE up to £33,000 + BENEFITS
Our client is a leading player in the debt litigation arena who demonstrates a clear direction to their business goals and promotes an excellent working culture which culminates a vibrant and enthusiastic workforce.
The business now seek candidate who is an experienced manager of sizeable team, preferably with a call centre background (although this role is not working in a call centre environment) with some legal knowledge, ideally (but not essential) in the field of debt recovery.
As Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the team, conducting 121s, leading team meetings and recruiting. You will also manage your own busy caseload of debt recovery matters.
