Property Lawyer with a breadth of experience required for thriving firm in Kent.
Our client is an established full-service law firm providing legal advice to a broad range of clients both in the UK and overseas. Having grown steadily over recent years, their network of offices now covers the South East of England and central London, providing a positive and dynamic environment for their partners and over 30 lawyers. Currently undergoing a sustained period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Property Lawyer for their office in the Sevenoaks area.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven Property Lawyer with experience in Residential and Commercial matters to join our clients’ well-regarded, CQS accredited team in Sevenoaks. Handling a varied caseload incorporating freehold and leasehold transactions, property finance, lease extensions, development work and landlord and tenant issues; the successful Lawyer will become part of a growing team. The ideal Property Lawyer will also mentor and lead a team of junior fee earners in addition to playing a key role in business development activities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Property department.
You must have expertise in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property transactions to include landlord and tenant matters.
You must have prior managerial experience and be able to supervise and lead a team.
You will be able to manage a full caseload without supervision.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
The ability to participate in business development activities is essential for the position.
