Enfranchisement Solcitor

You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years PQE, although both more senior and more junior enfranchisement solicitors will be considered. 

The firms existing client base and market presence will provide most of the work flow, but experience of business development would be advantageous.

The firm runs quarterly pay rise initiatives that can move salaries up to 4 times in a year, as well as an end of year bonus on top.
