Fantastic newly created opportunity for real estate lawyer to join the legal team of West Midlands based PLC and undertake a varied real estate role focusing on development projects. An initial 6 month assignment will be offered, however, the likelihood is that you will be offered a longer term opportunity.

My client is a global listed business with a significant property portfolio. A newly created opportunity has arisen for a commercial property lawyer to join the established legal team based in the West Midlands for an interim assignment.

Ensuring that property related legal risks and liabilities are effectively managed, you will provide effective legal support to the UK business, ensuring commercial goals are achieved. This will be primarily real estate development work encompassing development, project management, property management, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and environmental issues. You will work closely with the business and identify commercial and legal risks by offering pragmatic solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer currently working in private practice or in-house to undertake a varied high quality workload in a global blue chip business where property is at the heart of the business.

We are keen to hear from Real Estate lawyers with at least 3 years pqe experience gained in a leading private practice law firm or in-house team. We are ideally keen to hear from individuals with a real estate experience, development experience is highly desirable.
