A boutique litigation firm with an excellent reputation in the market is looking for a Professional Support Lawyer to join their Employment team in their Leeds or London office.
Working closely with the partners and other fee earners, the Employment PSL will be responsible for keeping abreast of legal developments and communicating this across the firm, legal research, producing knowledge management training materials and conducting training workshops. In addition, the Professional Support Lawyer will also provide advice on legal and compliance issues impacting the firm.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years+ employment litigation experience gained from a national law firm, have a genuine interest in knowledge sharing and excellent IT skills. Solicitors who have already made the transitions into a PSL role would be highly preferred but not essential.
This role will ideally be offered on a full time basis but the firm may also consider candidates looking for a 4 day week. Collegiate environment and excellent package on offer commensurate with experience.
