A new opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join one of the country's most renowned clinical negligence teams.
As a market leading healthcare litigation team, there is an impressive public and private sector client base in place to include the NHSLA, MDU, BUPA and NHS Trusts and the firm has a clear commitment to healthcare law.
Working within a close-knit, professional team you will be assisting the Solicitor with a caseload of pre litigated and litigated complex clinical negligence cases across a broad range of areas to include oncology, paediatrics, cerebral palsy and surgery. Being able to demonstrate commercial acumen to drive the business needs forward is essential for success.
To benefit from this opportunity, you will be an LPC graduate with solid experience in either defendant/claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury at either Paralegal or Legal Executive level. Applications will also be considered from Insurance Claims Handlers.
