Our client is looking to strengthen their Clinical Negligence team in the City of London with an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal. The role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to join a progressive and highly regarded team specialising in complex clinical negligence claims.

You will have at least 2 years experience from a similar clinical negligence position and be looking to apply your experience at a highly regarded City firm. You will have strong academics, including a minimum 2:1 or equivalent in Law/GDL and ideally have already completed the LPC. You should have a demonstrable experience of assisting in handling a caseload of complex and high value clinical negligence claims, analysing medical records and conducting research, liaising with medical professionals and drafting letters of claim. You will be afforded plenty of responsibility and, over time, handle your own caseload.

Joining a team with over 10 years experience of assisting clients with medical negligence claims, you will work closely with clients, medical experts and Counsel. You will be considered the senior paralegal in this area within the team and therefore there is plenty of scope to grow within the role as well as develop your long term career with the firm.

Salary is £24-25k, subject to experience. For further information, please contact Daniel Diamond at Chadwick Nott
