Contentious Probate Solicitor - Central London

Are you an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor looking for an exciting opportunity in Central London?

This firm are highly regarded for all of their private client services including property, trusts, personal tax and complex wills and probate. They act for numerous high and ultra high net worth clients as well as charities and trustees.

Due to expansion a role has arisen for a solicitor with experience of dealing with trust and probate disputes, often on behalf of wealthy families, including offshore and cross border disputes.

There have been recent high profile additions to the team, whom are under strong management and seeing encouraging signs of further progression.

To succeed in an application for this role:

- You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE

- Dealing with predominantly or exclusively probate and related disputes for wealthy clients

- ACTAPS accreditation is highly desirable. However the firm will support/pay for you to achieve this if you are not yet accredited. 

- You will also have strong academics including a 2.1 or 1st from a leading university.
