Intellectual Property Lawyer - Beijing
Advise international clients on their direct investment activities in the PRC
Negotiate and draft legal documents (Chinese and English)
4 years PQE with relevant experience; Qualified to practice PRC law and work as a trademark and/or patent agent
Specialisation in IP matters (including applications, licensing and litigation)
Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English
Experience in dealing with international clients
