JOB TITLE: NQ Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: Suffolk (Commutable from: Ipswich, Sudbury, Colchester, Hadleigh, Haverhill, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds)
SALARY: £25,000 plus (dependant on experience)
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
Currently working at full capacity, the property team is keen to appoint an additional Residential Property Solicitor to assist with the continued increase of new instructions. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will be dealing with the full remit of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The role will be varied and will include advising on commercial property and residential property transactions. This is the perfect opportunity for a Residential Property or Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity. A long established law firm who is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to play a key role in assist the property team on a variety of matters. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives who have demonstrable experience in all areas of residential property law. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have sound technical expertise in all types of residential property matters such as sales, purchases, shared ownership and transfer of equity. Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will be self-sufficient and be looking for a role which offers plenty of autonomy and scope to develop. Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will be considered for this role and must have completed at least one seat within residential property law.
