A leading law firm based in the city are looking for an HR Manager to join their busy offices.
This role will be directly responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the wider HR department, but will focus on managing the trainee programme from assessment and selection through to qualification. The role will be working closely with the managing partners to assess and select trainee’s. Day to day responsibilities will include managing and developing the trainee’s on the programme, managing recruitment processes and ER matters, providing relevant learning and development modules for trainee’s and implementing HR policies and procedures.
This person will be CIPD qualified with at least 4 years’ generalist HR experience, two of which will be as an HR advisor within a legal or professional services firm. You must have experience in graduate recruitment and managing development and qualification procedures for trainees. The successful candidate will be commercially aware with a focus on delivering results, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills combined with drive and personal integrity.
