Commercial Property/Real Estate Solicitor (2+ PQE) -

An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with a solid grounding in Commercial Property matters to establish an excellent future career within a thriving Kent based multi-office law firm.

There is some flexibility here, and we would encourage applications from candidates with experience levels from 2 years PQE upwards to a more senior level. However we will consider Commercial Property Solicitors falling outside of this range should you demonstrate the requisite experience.

You should have a good range of high quality Commercial Property transactional experience and be confident to run your own case load with the full support of the fellow team members.

You will be dealing with commercial acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant work and developments, together with offering Commercial Property support to the firm's Corporate Commercial Team.

You should be a team player with good client facing skills, and keen to help maintain the firm's excellent reputation. If you have the necessary Commercial Property experience and you are looking for excellent career potential, then this is an exciting opportunity with an excellent firm.
