Insurance/Reinsurance Lawyer required
You will be situated in an international insurance team advising on a range from the regulation of insurance business operations, insurance mediation, the regulation, drafting and distribution of insurance products, agency and cover holder arrangements, captive arrangements and insurance outsourcing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Ability
- Understanding of legal principles of practice area, along with a working knowledge of other practice areas
- Project management responsibility
- Awareness of legal developments affecting specialist areas
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience gained within a top tier firm (preferred)
- Strong academic background is essential (minimum 2.1 degree)
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
