Commercial PSL

THE ROLE
Working as part of a collegiate team, your duties will include:
* Writing and reviewing practice notes, current awareness updates and case reports
* Responding to queries
* Keeping up to date with legal developments
* Assisting in marketing

This is a great opportunity to remain an expert in your practice area whilst maintaining a genuine work life balance.

ABOUT YOU
You will need a good academic record, demonstrable technical skills and solid experience of drafting commercial agreements in some or all of the following areas: supply; distribution; general contract; outsourcing; agency; franchising; advertising and e-commerce. Knowledge of consumer law, or a willingness to learn consumer law, would be an advantage. Part-time / home working is possible.
