The Role: Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Stockport
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Rate: £25 - £30 per hour DOE
Our client, an experienced and ambitious firm based in Stockport is proud to provide a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses nationwide. Due to a vacancy on the permanent side the firm are looking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer to join their dedicated property team on a full time locum basis.
This opportunity will allow the Residential Property Lawyer to showcase their skills by running a full caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to:
- Sales
- Purchases
- New Build purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of ownership
Applications for this Residential Property Lawyer position will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who have dealt with a wide range of property matters. Ideally the Residential Property Lawyer will be technically sound and will be able to hit the ground running on a full time locum basis.
