US firm seeking mid-level Banking Lawyer
This US law firm are looking to expand their Global Finance team in London with the hire of an associate between 2-6 PQE.
The partners and the associates within the Finance practice advise borrowers and lenders on banking transactions across the globe. Due to size and structure of the team, you will be expected to maintain a broad practice and will be involved in asset financing, project financing, trade financing and leveraged financing matters.
This opportunity is open to lawyers between 2-6 PQE that either already have a broad practice, or those that are specialised within a particular area of finance that are interested in broadening their experience. Ideally, you will come from a top 20 law firm or a leading regional law firm.
