Senior Service Delivery Analyst - North West
I am currently recruiting for a Top 100 National Law Firm who is looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst.
They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience managing an ITIL aligned Service Desk function. You must have strong technical troubleshooting skills. Experience using Document Management Systems (iManage ideally) Experience working within a Windows Server environment in particular Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policy to an advanced level and strong SQL skills, including integration work.
Salary is based on experience and they offer fantastic benefits including a minimum of 25 days annual leave, the option to buy and sell holidays and private health care.
