Our Client a well recognised law firm seek a Construction Legal Secretary to join their Construction and Corporate Defence team in Leeds. You will be an efficient secretarial support to the lawyers.

As a Construction Legal Secretary you will help produce documents and letters as directed by lawyers, you will attend to clients by telephone and in person too. You will assist lawyers with day to day administrative matters to include that will include opening new files and closing files, this will also include archiving, file organisation, billing procedures, making appointments and arranging meetings.

It is essential that you have previous Legal Secretary experience.

The salary is negotiable and depending on experience.
