DEVELOPMENT SALES FEE EARNER
Legal 500 firm requires a Development Sales Fee Earner.
Our client, a Legal 500 firm in the City, is known for its open and supportive working environment, the quality and variety of its instructions, and the continuing opportunities it offers for advancement. An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join the very busy development sales team and take on an interesting caseload
Our client is looking for a full time permanent development sales fee earner for their London based office. The role will be working with the Head of Development Sales, supervising paralegals, liaising with clients and working with real estate partners. You will be assisting in the growth of the team. The Development Sales Fee Earner position will involve a range of conveyancing matters including new build sales, shared ownership, stair-casing, planning arrangements and preparing contract packages for buyers. You will be assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion matters and ensuring files are run in compliance with Lexcel standards.
You will be a licensed conveyancer, legal executive or qualified solicitor;
You will have 3+ years’ PQE;
You will be experienced in drafting leases and contracts;
Ideally, you will have experience of staff supervision;
You will have the ability to apply legislative changes;
You will have strong IT and communication skills;
You will be motivated, dynamic and client focused.
