Urgent! Private Client Lawyer required on a locum basis in Staffordshire.

Our client is a well- established practice who delivers high quality legal services to individuals and businesses from their offices in Staffordshire. Staffed by a team of experienced specialists who are dedicated to ensuring first class client care they go above and beyond to find the best solutions and have been awarded numerous accreditations including Lexcel in recognition of this. Highly regarded within their local communities they have a growing and loyal client base. Currently experiencing an increase in work, they are seeking a Private Client Lawyer on an ongoing, locum basis.

The Role
Commencing immediately, the successful Private Client Lawyer will manage an existing caseload of matters, carrying files through closure. Work will include: will drafting; estate planning; applying for probate; estate administration; drafting and registering LPAs and; trust creation. The ideal Lawyer will be able to hit the ground running, handling all aspects of Wills and Probate work with minimal supervision.

A hands-on role with a high level of autonomy, offered on a temporary basis, to start asap for at least four weeks in Tamworth. Please contact Ajay

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years’ plus PQE gained in Private Client.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
You will have first class interpersonal skills.
You will be available to start as soon as possible for at least one month.
