As a result of continuing expansion, the firm are now looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor who would like to build a career within the dispute resolution team.
THE ROLE
Our client recruits at the highest level and are looking for a solicitor at senior or associate level with a considerable amount of experience in property litigation matters. Transactional solicitors looking to further their career in contentious practice would also be given consideration for this role. You will be a confident solicitor assisting partners with complex matters whilst running your own caseload of contentious property litigation cases in the dispute resolution team. You will contribute significantly towards the development and promotion of the department therefore experience in business development and marketing is required for this role. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a Solicitor of 2 - 6 years PQE,
Have previous experience in property litigation work,
Have experience of working closely with a property transactional team in a previous or current role,
Have the ability to supervise and manage staff,
Possess experience and enthusiasm for business development,
Be polite and persuasive with good presentation skills with ability to argue a case successfully,
Possess first class client care skills with the ability to explain very complex, technical matters using clear, accessible language.
