Major retail company is seeking to recruit a strong commercial lawyer to join their legal team in central London.
You will support the commercial operations of the business in the UK and internationally by providing legal advice to a variety of areas. You will form part of an experienced team and deal with a wide range of contractual and commercial agreements. In addition, you will also be involved with e-commerce, IT and marketing/advertising issues.
You will have acquired between 1-2 years' PQE and have a strong private practice background, preferably with an in-house secondment and have a sound knowledge of commercial issues. You are able to manage your own workload and work within a fast-paced and high pressured environment.
