Opportunity to join the Dubai office of a top US practice. The firm is seeking to recruit a junior corporate associate with 0-3 years' PQE.
The firm's Middle East corporate group is recognised for advising local and international clients across a wide range of sectors. You will be exposed to significant cross-border M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions whilst working alongside one of the region's leading corporate partners.
To be considered, you will have gained experience from another international or leading city firm on one or more of the following areas: M&A (public and private); joint ventures, investments, private equity, company formation and general corporate/commercial work.
This role is not limited to Middle East based lawyers - UK, US, AUS or NZ candidates with good transactional M&A experience are encouraged to apply.
