Corporate Counsel

We are currently seeking a junior Corporate M&A Counsel to support the corporate needs of the business globally reporting directly to the Group General Counsel.

Candidates should be a qualified solicitor with around 1-4 years' PQE. Candidates will be expected to assist with supporting any Finance/Treasury matters, M&A transactions, Global Legal Entity management and the Insurance programme. As part of the role involves supporting financing activities prior experience in this field is preferred but is not essential.
