We are currently recruiting for a c.3 yrs PQE specialist planning lawyer to work for a highly regarded firm in their Spalding office. Our client has a fantastic reputation across Lincolnshire having worked with most of their clients since they were established.

Our client is looking for an experienced planning lawyer to join our growing planning team and enhance the existing services that we offer to our clients. A considerable amount of our existing property work involves aspects of planning:-

·Acting for developers on large commercial, residential or mixed projects, from inception and strategic planning to development and onward sales
·Acting for land-owners, and consortiums, on options, promotion or collaboration agreements
·s106, s38, s272 agreements and other planning agreements
·Exploring development potential on land holdings, including for executors prior to distribution of estates
·Renewables projects
·Mineral and extraction projects
·Enforcement proceedings
·Judicial review
·Tenancy management issues
·Charity and ecclesiastical property work.
