Construction Partner

This firm is looking for a Construction Partner as their next key hire in Manchester. The firm has been growing significantly and with further planned investment into the North West, this is an exciting time to join.

This national firm has an existing construction team handling both transactional construction work and large scale construction disputes for a loyal client base. They have a broad array of work, representing and advising clients including contractors, sub contractors, large PLC's and public sector clients nationally.

Due to planned expansion and significant investment into Manchester, they are looking for a Construction Partner to add to the Manchester offering. You will move into a very senior role, leading the team in Manchester whilst being supported by a highly successful national profile. There is work coming into the team from existing clients, and a healthy pipeline, but to enter at the Partner level some contacts and a plan to develop further growth is essential. You may be a Construction Partner at the moment looking for a more entrepreneurial firm where you can have the autonomy to lead a team and grow a practice further, or a hungry Senior Associate/Legal Director with a real ambition to progress.

This is an excellent opportunity to move into a national firm with an profile and clients already in construction work, but a clear path to lead and grow a team. You may be a transactional construction lawyer or contentious lawyer, but either way you should have the right cultural fit and gravitas to manage a team.
