Commercial Property Solicitor - Lincoln

Position: Solicitor
Area of Law: Commercial Property
PQE: 3-5 yrs
Salary: c.£38,000 - £45,000

This role will suit an aspiring Lawyer who is looking to gain more responsibility and prove themselves in a very established team and firm.

The role:
You will be a confident, proactive and structured individual who will have experience in a broad base of commercial property work, including Landlord and Tenant, freehold acquisitions, bank finance and development. You will deal with a variety of legal advice including:
* Acquisition, development and sale of multimillion pound sites
* Option and promotion agreements for both landowners and residential developers
* Investment sales and acquisitions, including petrol filling station
* Acquisitions and developments for registered social landlords
* All aspects of landlord and tenant work
* Property finance, acting for major high street banks
* Renewables work for landowners

The candidate:
You will be an experienced commercial property solicitor with 3-5 years pqe. You will excel at client relationship building and have the ability and willingness to business develop and network. You will also work well in a team and have the ability to adopt a commercial as well as legal approach to client issues.
