Commercial Lawyer

My client, a world leader in online gaming, is looking for a mid-level commercial lawyer (2-4 years PQE)* with a solid understanding in general commercial law. You will likely have trained in a leading law firm and gained in house experience to date, and will be passionate about continuing your experience in house.

The successful candidate will provide support across the company, lending their legal expertise and knowledge to colleagues on the wide range of areas that the business covers.  These will include the organisation, drafting and negotiating of a wide range of commercial contracts.

 The successful candidate will be effective with their management of time and have the ability to deal with a large workload. Good communication skills and a strong  understanding of the importance of team ethos , with the ability to form good relations within the team is crucial as this hire will sit within a well-supported close knit team. An appetite to learn and constantly develop your skills and knowledge is highly desirable for this position given the wide range of legal issues covered.
