An exciting opportunity for a NQ - 3 years PQE Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer to join a fast growing and modern law practice based in Dorchester.
The Role:
The role entails the full spectrum of Residential and Commercial Property transactions, including but not limited to:
- Sales & purchases of houses
- Buy to let
- Equity release
- Flats and commercial premises
- Remortgages
- Development projects
- New builds and commercial leases & licenses.
The ability to deliver excellent customer service goes without saying as the firm are known for their client care.
The Candidate:
My client are looking for a highly competent and committed residential & commercial property lawyer to join their team. Successful applicants will be NQ to 3 years’ PQE, with a real commitment to client service and to helping with the further development and growth of the property team.
