Solicitor / Legal Executive – Special Educational Needs Specialist (SEN)
Our client are a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley. Their offices in Reading are seeking a Solicitor / Legal Executive – Special Educational Needs Specialist. You will be working within the Clinical Negligence and Special Educational Needs team.
The Education role would suit a solicitor or Legal Executive but requires specialist knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the education system, as well as experience of giving advice on these matters in a legal capacity.
You will for example be require to represent parents at meetings with the local authority and at Tribunal.
The ideal candidate should have excellent academic qualifications and present with a relevant seats during your training contract and or/experience working for a reputable firm known for its SEN work.
