Your new company
A national legal practice with a progressive and dynamic approach mixed with an entrepreneurial spirit. Due to the firms success and rapid expansion they are looking for a banking solicitor to join their London office.

Your new role
You will be joining the firms busy banking team, where you will assist on a broad range of syndicated, bilateral and club financings including real estate finance, leveraged buyouts, asset based lending and general corporate lending (for both lenders, borrowers and PE funds).

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a 2-5 PQE banking lawyer with a proven trackrecord of working on the above related matters from an equally leading law firm. You will have good face to face negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and strong commercial acumen. You will also be personable, bright and confident individual.
