Commercial Paralegal

A Worldwide Software Company providing software and services for IT and Business transformation. The company has a large international customer base which is expanding rapidly; made up predominantly of blue chip organisations.

The Company is based in modern offices in central London and prides itself on offering a dynamic and friendly working environment, with a focus on its collaborative culture.

The role requires a conscientious Paralegal with a Law degree and minimum 6-12 months commercial experience specifically in drafting and negotiating IT Software contracts (Software/ end user license agreements, Master Services Agreements, Maintenance renewal contracts and NDAs). The role will also include several other responsibilities including Due Diligence documentation and ensuring all Customer contracts are on record.

The role requires an immediate start and the salary will be up to £35,000
