RTA Fraud Fee Earner - Greater Manchester
Are you an experienced RTA Paralegal with experience in litigated cases where fraud is suspected looking to join a leading defendant insurance law firm?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level fast track personal injury RTA fee earner with litigated RTA Fraud experience to join this leading national defendant insurance firm. Your role will be to manage a caseload of LVI motor fraud work for a number of national insurers.
Ideally you will have current experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal executive handling a litigated caseload of fast track defendant RTA fraud or litigated defendant RTA cases. However, strong claimant RTA litigators looking to move into a defendant RTA fraud role will also be considered.
The firms RTA fraud department are experiencing considerable growth at present due to the influx of work. The department currently has over 50 fee earners along with supervisory and support staff and have clear expansion plans for the team.
The firm are offering competitive salaries for the role depending on experience along with benefits including: private health care, childcare vouchers and an excellent holiday package.
