A Corporate Reception Supervisor / Team Leader is required for a rewarding opportunity with a full service law firm. The role will be based in Birmingham and offers an excellent competitive salary and benefits package.

You will be reporting directly to the head of Client Services you can expect to carry out both Reception and supervisory duties. Typical responsibilities include - ensuring the reception is delivered to a very efficiently, carrying out training for new staff, managing staffing levels on the phone, producing staffing rotas and carrying out 1-2-1s whilst holding team meetings. My client are flexible in terms of the level of applicant but the successful applicant must come from a professional or hospitality background and have previous supervisory experience. The applicant will be highly motivated and have strong leadership skills as well as being an excellent communicator and able to use their own initiative.
