With this in mind, this firm are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in York on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Residential Conveyancer role will require the Residential Conveyancer to apply their skills to an active caseload which will include, but is not limited to: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy and shared ownership matters. Applications for this Residential Conveyancing role will be considered from a qualified solicitor, licenced conveyancer, legal executive or those qualified by experience, ideally those who have a strong background and has dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. Those candidates who are ambitious and pro-active will flourish in this well-established firm.
