Considering this, our client are looking to expand their Commercial Property department and recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a an active caseload of Commercial Property matters which will include, but not limited to: dealing will aspects of buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. The successful Commercial Property candidate will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, ILEX or equivalent with upwards of 1 years' PQE* with experience in Commercial Property matters. The ideal candidate will have a top-tier background, the ambition to further their career and an enthusiastic disposition.
