Residential Conveyancer

This firm now has the need to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to their busy department on a full time permanent basis.

The opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to showcase their skills and run a moderate caseload which will include but not restricted to: sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and some right to buy matters. Applications will be considered from those candidates who are Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX or qualified Solicitor. The successful candidate will be approachable, ambitious and would embrace change.
