This client-driven firm have established themselves throughout Sheffield as a passionate and dedicated firm, growing their business through client recommendations. Established in the 1800s, our client have continued to build on their success, accumulating with being Law Society accreditation. With this is mind they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor on a full time permanent basis.
This opportunity will allow the Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a an active caseload of Commercial Property matters which will include, but not limited to: dealing will aspects of buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. Ideally the successful Commercial Property applicant will have experience building up their own caseload and can market and network effectively.
The successful candidate will consider client care at the focus of their work, and will have the confidence and enthusiasm to produce quality work.
