Commercial Property Solicitor

Our Client, delivers the highest standards and strives for excellence for their clients in the Leeds area. Through their commitment to developing strong and long-lasting relationships with their clients, the need has arisen to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor on a permanent basis.

This Commercial Property role entails the Commercial Property solicitor to take on the full and active caseload in the Commercial Property Department. Including but not limited to; sales and purchases, transactions agreements, plot sales, deeds, landlord and tenant matters. The ideal candidate for this Commercial Property position will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, ILEX or those qualified by experience only with at least 2-3 years' PQE who has dealt with all aspects of Commercial Property matters. The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge, be enthusiastic and motivated by this exciting new opportunity.
