Senior Commercial Lawyer
Established for nearly 2 centuries, our client, a highly regarded multi-site firm based across the North West has enjoyed great success over recent years and is backed by a myriad of testimonials. Due to expansion needs in their dedicated Lancashire based Commercial department near Wigan they are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Lawyer on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit a Senior Commercial Lawyer who is looking to further their career and is willing to learn and develop new skills quickly.
This opportunity will allow the Senior Commercial Lawyer to showcase their skills and talents by running a caseload which will include but is not restricted to: commercial property, business sales and purchases, contracts, corporate and employment matters. Due to the nature of this Senior Commercial Lawyer role you will also be expected to provide legal support for OME's and SME's. Applications for this Senior Commercial Lawyer position will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who have dealt with a wide range of Commercial matters confidently and competently. Ideally the Senior Commercial Lawyer will be enthusiastic, technically sound, has good communication skills and is ambitious.
