The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with 4-6 years’ PQE to join our client’s specialist department in Essex. Acting for a broad and growing client base, the successful Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property-related matters, incorporating acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises, development projects and landlord and tenant matters. Particular expertise in working with developers would be highly advantageous as is the ability to actively engage in business development for the department and firm as a whole.
