Commercial Litigation / Professional Negligence Solicitor
New opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with particular expertise in Professional Negligence to join a boutique Commercial Law firm in South Manchester.
Specialising in Commercial Litigation and Professional Negligence, the Firm punches well above their respective weight in both areas. As recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers, they rank alongside and above National clients in the region which owes much to their employee's expertise and ability to deliver results.
They continue to seek additional expertise to join the team and facilitate the next stage of their growth. High profile work continues to be won across a number of sectors, and as such they require a solicitor with around 4 years PQE or more to join them. Initially your focus will be on a large caseload of Professional Negligence work, where you will be expected to run with cases alone or with minimal supervision. The freedom is then available to further broaden into wider Comm Lit, taking advantage of the autonomy afforded by the Partners.
This role offers fantastic quality of work, as well as providing freedom to manage your diary. Most impressively, they match city centre rates of pay. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard working and well regarded team, provide a quality service to high profile clients, and share in this Firms growth and success in the region.
