Our client an established Legal 500 firm are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their Litigation team in Bolton.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Managing a team of fee earners
Monitoring the caseload and work loads of the fee earners
Conducting one to ones
Monitoring weekly and monthly meetings
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Have previous experience working as a team leader within Personal Injury Litigation
Have a strong academic background together with the ability to work well under pressure.
