Conveyancing Executive / Solicitor / Legal Executive - Coventry

Are you looking for that next step in your conveyancing career, and seeking a firm which can offer quality work, excellent IT systems and takes your professional development as seriously as you do?

My client is a leading Warwickshire Legal 500 practice with several offices spread around the county, with an excellent track record in the areas of residential conveyancing, commercial, family, private client and litigation work. They have a large property team which deals with work sourced both through local contacts and agents, as well as other providers that work on a national basis.

The role, based at their Coventry branch office, would require you to undertake all aspects of the residential conveyancing process including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases. You will carry out the work in an expeditious manner, which meets the standards required by Lexcel.

The firm offers a highly competitive salary and will work with you to enable you to achieve your career goals and objectives. There is a strong team feel to the property department so individuals who work in a supportive and collegiate manner will benefit hugely from joining the department.
