Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor
I am recruiting for a firm with a focus on the delivery of first rate private client advice to a prestigious client base of HNW individuals. Success has been borne out of their Partners being market leading names in the field of wealth management, estate planning and trust and tax work.
In line with continued strategic growth plans they seek to develop their contentious offering, enabling them to offer a dedicated unit to assist clients with trusts and probate litigation. To this end an experienced lawyer in the field, ideally with ACTAPS accreditation would be desirable.
You would work with the full support of the partnership and have all necessary resources to enable you to develop the role, while having access to clients and work usually the mainstay of a city centre or London based firm.
