Property Finance Solicitor
Our client is a leading regional law firm based in the South of England with an enviable track record advising both commercial and private clients.
A newly created role has arisen for an enthusiastic property finance solicitor to join a highly successful growing property finance team.
You will be responsible for liaising with borrowers and client lenders from inception to completion of the transaction. Ability to liaise effectively, you will be a strong team player with a sound understanding of commercial property work, dealing with purchases, sales and commercial lettings. Training in this specialism can be given but transactional property experience is a pre requisite.
To be considered for this role you will be seeking to specialise in property finance work and be able to demonstrate a strong academic background with experience gained within a well-regarded national or regional law firm.
