Our client is seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.
To apply for this position you must have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be familiar with Section 42 notices and lease extensions. The successful candidate will be involved in the sales and purchases of residential properties, property transfers, new leases and new builds, as well as buy to lets.
Our client is also looking for a paralegal who has substantial knowledge of the conveyancing process from beginning to end and who has experience with manging their own busy caseload of files.
