Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

PRIVATE CLIENT

My client a highly regarded regional full service practice are currently looking to continue to grow their Private Client Team by recruiting an additional lawyer with experience primarily in Applications to the Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney, Care Planning and Funding, and advising and supporting Attorneys and Deputies. You are likely to be either CILEx qualified or a Solicitor with relevant experience and a passion to develop this area of our practice. The successful candidate may also be required to assist with other general Private Client matters from time to time.
