Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Salaried Partner - Cornwall 

Succession planning role - to be Head of Department 
 
Are you seeking a senior clinical negligence role in beautiful Cornwall?

My established large Cornish client are now seeking a new solicitor to be second in command and work together with the Head of Department, eventually taking over the reigns to be Head of Department in the coming years. 
 
You will inherit a full and broad caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from day one and be responsible for managing and getting the best out of the existing team. 
 
This role will likely suit a senior solicitor who is already at associate or partnership level or looking to make that next step up. You will likely have accreditation on either the AvMA, APIL or the Law Society clinical negligence panels. 
 
This reputed client is certainly one of the larger players in Cornwall and as such you will have a strong background in fee earning, possibly from another regional firm. 
 
This position will be offered at either associate solicitor or salaried partner level. 
 
Salary negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include life assurance, gym membership, healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
