Commercial Brands Partner with experience in managing trade mark and design portfolios and supervising all aspects of brand management including clearance, trade mark prosecution and oppositions.
General commercial law advising brands, trade mark and design laws, particularly in respect of the fashion and technology sectors.
The successful Partner will have a following and proven business building skills to add depth to the current client base which includes brand owners, entrepreneurs, private investment companies and corporate.
